Candidate-reported interview process
This was a pretty long interview process. I spoke with both a manager and a principal engineer. They asked me about my general administrative skills and how I work with my team. The engineer then asked a question about how to do structural modeling for a part of a nuclear power plant.
The interviews mainly consisted of technical assessments. A written test was administered to evaluate technical proficiency. Following this, there was a technical interview and then an HR round.
It was a quick process with a few technical questions about structural design (steel structures, foundations, reinforced concrete structures). They also asked for details about my previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly regarding piperacks.
