I had a recruiter call first, then a panel interview with the team I'd be joining. After about one to two weeks, I came in for a face-to-face interview. The whole thing felt really positive and like a good fit. I waited about a month and then got a rejection, but another recruiter reached out for another screening. I got the offer a week later.
The interview was a phone call with the recruiter. It lasted about 20-25 minutes. They asked standard questions like telling me about myself, what I know about AMEC, why I applied, and how AMEC can assist me as a student.
It was a face-to-face interview about my previous experience. Two people interviewed me. One asked some pretty silly questions for the role, but the other one was much better with his questions.
