Candidate-reported interview process

I went through 2 technical interview rounds in November 2021, right after covid. It was pretty easy. I ended up declining the offer because they weren't offering a role focused on Selenium and Java, which is what I was looking for. They were planning to offer a position using their in-house testing tool instead.

It was through a recruiting company. The first round was a telephonic call, which went well. The second round was a zoom call, with two panel members.

The whole hiring process took about a month. I applied through the Amodocs portal and received an invitation for an online test via LuGo, which lasted 120 minutes. After passing the test, I had a face-to-face interview that was about 1 hour and 20 minutes long. The following week, I was contacted for a second round, which was a telephonic interview lasting 15-20 minutes with an interviewer from Israel. She discussed the project and tasks, and it was mostly a discussion. The next week, I got the offer letter.
