Candidate-reported interview process

First, they'll review your application to see if you fit the bill. Make sure to really brag about your certifications (like Marketo, Salesforce AI), your 10 years of experience, and how awesome you are at campaign management, email marketing, and using tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Marketo, and ZoomInfo.

The recruitment agency finds the candidate, then the company's HR reaches out to you. After that, the candidate goes through the interview process, starting with a telephonic round, followed by an in-person interview. Based on the interviews, an offer is made to the candidate.

Had a technical roundup first, then discussed team and collaboration. We talked about new initiatives like new technologies and new ventures, covering solutions handling and gathering, and major problem solving tactics. Also discussed involvement in training, planning and execution of projects. Did some role play and discussed being a role model. Covered different Business Models and Managerial models, plus Project Management.
