Amdocs Hardware Test / Validation Engineer interviews, decoded.

The interview experience was super easy, professional, and positive. We had 3 rounds in total. First, there was an assessment test. Then, a technical assessment round with the hiring manager. Finally, an HR round. After completing all rounds, they extended an offer.

The interview process included an in-person or virtual session. There was a Technical Round where they asked about your introduction, technical expertise, experience, and tool-level ratings. Then a Scripting Round focusing on JMeter and LoadRunner. Finally, a Managerial Round followed by an HR Discussion. Overall, the difficulty was moderate and the experience was average.

The interviewer was good and he did make me understand the terms which i did not understand. he also explained the answers of the questions which i could not answer. It sounds like a 3 step process involving a recruiter call, phone screen, technical screen and an onsite interview.
