The interview process was pretty simple, and if you're well-prepared with good soft skills, you should do great. They dive deep into technical stuff like data structures (think linked lists, trees), algorithms, database concepts (like normalization, SQL), operating systems, and OOP. You'll also have to code on paper or a whiteboard for some problems and talk about your final year project or other experiences, explaining the tech and what was hard. They also ask behavioral questions to see how you solve problems and work with others.

I had an HR interview with the recruiter, then a technical interview via Teams with several members. The recruiter followed up well, and the interviewers were cordial. I'm not sure what other interviews would have followed in the process.

HR screening asked about my total experience, relevant experience, notice period, and current CTC, and expected CTC. I made it clear I wanted a 30-35% hike. They then scheduled three technical rounds, which I successfully passed with positive feedback. During the HR discussion, after I uploaded my documents and reiterated my expectation for a 30-35% hike, they informed me their budget only allowed for a 5-6% increase. I found this process frustrating, as it felt like a waste of time to go through three technical rounds without a budget that could meet my expectations.
