Candidate-reported interview process

I went through three interviews: one phone call with the recruiter, then an interview with the HR Manager, and finally met with the hiring director. The whole thing took about 2 months before they made me an offer.

It was okay, pretty relaxed and felt like a chat rather than an interview. The hiring manager was pleasant and it felt comfortable. I didn't have to wait and it was just with the hiring manager, no HR.

The IT PM grad program has 3 stages. First is a phone call. Second is the SHL test, and if you pass, you get to the last round, presenting a business case at their HQ in Switzerland. The contact person was really nice throughout.
