Candidate-reported interview process

Met with HR and an engineer for intro, asked them questions about the company and role. Then got a tour, followed by a group interview with the plant manager, supply chain manager, and a production manager.

First, I had a chat with the corporate recruiter. After that, I met with the plant management team. Then, I did a site visit after the interviews were done. They gave me a verbal offer on the spot. It was mostly situational questions. Both interviews were done online and lasted about 30-60 minutes each.

The phone interview process was pretty straightforward. We talked a lot about my background and experience. They mentioned possibly having more interviews, but I never heard back after that discussion.
