We started with a screening, then had several rounds of interviews, some in-person and some virtual. The recruiting team and hiring manager were great at communicating and keeping things organized. They asked about my background and some situational questions.
It was several stages, I spent over 6 hours in interviews. And at the end I had an interview with future clients, clearly two unprepared men to evaluate the hiring of an HR professional, since they were area leaders. All interviews were in English. Then I simply received an email saying I wasn't the profile they were looking for.
I met with the whole Leadership Team for my interview. This included people from Safety, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, HR, Maintenance, and the Plant Manager. I was at the facility for about half the day and got a tour of the plant floor.
