It was a straightforward interview process. They mostly asked situational questions to gauge my critical thinking. There were a couple of curveball questions, but overall it was a positive experience.
Very very long process with many steps and a market study to do which took me a whole weekend, but in the end it wasn't even looked at. The hiring manager and their boss clearly didn't agree and I later found out from HR that the boss rejected all candidates that the hiring manager had selected and approved.
The appearance can be deceiving, and in this company, it was truly the case. Unfortunately, it was semi-professional. The questions asked were quite unrealistic, as was the HR leadership.
