Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was easy and professional. They asked about customer service, working with others, and my availability. It felt friendly and the interviewer was engaged. It was a good experience, I knew what to expect and heard back fast.

I had a quick phone interview first, and then an in-person one that was super short, maybe 10 minutes. The managers were really nice and seemed more interested in getting to know me as a person. They seemed to care more about my personality than anything else.

The interview process is pretty quick. First, you talk to the GM of the location you're applying for, and then in the second round, you interview with a GM from a different location. It all wraps up in just a few days.
