It was a standard interview day where we talked a lot to see if I'd fit in. I had a presentation for a small group and then a one-on-one meeting.
The interview process took about three hours and included a tour. It was a pretty standard experience. Unfortunately, like many companies lately, after interviewing me, they mentioned a hiring freeze when I followed up.
The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks. First, a recruiter called me, then I had an interview with the hiring group, and finally, a 4-hour on-site interview. I wish they would have respected my time more though, because after the process, I didn't hear back for over two weeks and when I emailed for feedback, I didn't get anything useful. For the on-site, they wanted a presentation about my past work and originally gave me two days to prepare. It's tough to balance current jobs and other things, and expecting a good presentation in just two days while also taking a day off to interview is frustrating.
