The interview process requires knowledge of CRM tools, and it's a medium difficulty level. The focus is on database testing. They asked questions on SQL, CRM tools, manual testing, code technology, system integration testing, database migration, and SAP courses. There were 2 interview rounds.
After an initial phone screen, I interviewed with the manager. A few weeks passed before I got the offer. It was a pretty standard process, though I had to follow up with HR a few times to make sure they hadn't forgotten about me.
The Ambit Group really messed me over on a job offer. A recruiter called me on Wednesday, I did a phone screen, and then had an in-person interview with the hiring manager at the client site on Thursday. I got a job offer on Friday and accepted it. They had me give them my SSN, passport copy, and credit release. They also made me schedule and go get my fingerprints taken at the client site for a background check, which they said was cleared. They even had me complete their client's training course and get a certificate. Then, out of the blue, Ambit emailed me saying the client pulled the position, but the client told me it was never actually pulled and is still open. This feels like fraud.
