Ambev Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

The process was divided into 4 stages: - Interview with the area manager - Interview with the entire team involved in the job's project - Case presentation - Interview with HR for cultural alignment. The process was very interesting and honest. All stages happened with a lot of transparency.

It was quite interesting and not difficult. It was as advertised. The interviewer was patient and respectful. The company seems to pay well and is respectful, careful, firm, and capable. They value their employees, and their contact service is good.
