Ambev Graduate Program interviews, decoded.

I made it to the final interview and my impression is that these recruitment programs are a bit disconnected from the rest of the company. They offered us the chance to get feedback on our performance in the Final Interview stage, from the VPs' perspective, it seems. The feedback I received took over a month to arrive and when it did, it was extremely generic, had Portuguese errors, and was similar to what other colleagues got. After so much time, I can't connect what I might have said that could have given the impression that 'you need to step out of your comfort zone a little more,' as written in the feedback. It feels like I shouldn't even spend much time analyzing this feedback.

Long process, with several steps, but extremely well structured. I have the impression that some steps change in the middle of the process. Good benefits but they seek the type of professional who lives for their career.
