Ambev Apprentice interviews, decoded.

First, there's a group interview for everyone to introduce themselves. Then, a group activity with questions. After this, some people are selected to move on to the next step with the manager. And that's it! You get selected, or you don't.

Generally, it has a few stages. In-person: group activity. Those who pass move on to an interview that usually has more than one interviewer. Remote: an interview/presentation for an initial screening (this is more like an informal chat). Afterwards, there's an interview with managers from various areas of the company.

It was an online interview, so I felt a little uncomfortable at first. However, the interviewers made me feel very comfortable and everything went really well. I've had other online interviews before and they always feel awkward, but that wasn't the case this time. I thought it was great how they interacted with the interviewees to make them feel at ease.
