Candidate-reported interview process

So, there are two rounds of interviews. First, you'll chat with the recruiter over the phone. They'll want you to do a mock cold call, pretending to sell the product. Then, for the second interview, it's on Zoom with two people from upper management. They'll also have you do a mock cold call, selling their product.

I had two interviews. Was ghosted after the second. I sent emails and followed up, but never heard anything back regarding my application. Judging by the other comments it seems just how the operate. Not a good impression of the company.

Had an easy initial interview, but I stopped the call when I realized they were paying way below average. The base salary was 45k, with an OTE of 85k plus some small bonuses monthly/quarterly. The company seems to be heading in the right direction market-wise, but they really need to improve their pay structure.
