First, you meet with the recruiting branch manager and then have a phone screen with HR. After this, you'll get an offer letter, then do a drug screen, and finally a background check.

Applied online, then had a phone interview the same day. I met with the manager the next day, and then the president a few weeks after that. The whole hiring process took over a month before I got the offer.

My first interview was with a staffing coordinator who asked a few questions. Then, I interviewed with the office manager and the branch manager, all on the same day.
