The interview process has 4 stages: first, a phone call with HR where they explained the whole application process and timeline. Second, an online assessment. Third, an assessment centre which is physical and involves a case study with a group discussion and presentation, all within an hour. Finally, a final interview.

I had a group interview with several managers from different teams. They gave a brief overview of the company's business and the values they seek. I got a good vibe from the team and they shared useful insights into how a bank operates.

This was the third stage of the Management Trainee (MT) program. It involved a group case study interview. We were put into groups to discuss a case study and then present our findings to the interviewers.
