First, you need to do an English essay. You can choose one topic from two topics given. The topics given are:- 1) Career Development in AmBank 2) How can you increase the productivity of employee. Then proceed to the interview with HR and Head of Department. The interview was quite easy and the staff were so friendly but sadly I wasn't prepared enough.
Job discovered via Job Applications. Sent CV and Cover Letter to respective HR manager via email. Feedback from HR within 2 weeks for interview session. During interview: Involved HR people and the department's representative. A pleasant interview process with respective peoples. Panels interested in getting to know the interviewee. Feedback from HR for hiring process took 1 months period.
Interviewed one on one, asked questions about my resume and was asked to provide examples of situations where I handled problems or managed people.
