The first two interviews were virtual and really informative. They were mostly about the company and about me, to see if it was a good fit for both sides. The interviewers were friendly and open.
I stopped participating after the first recruiter chat. The job was advertised as 1099, requiring work from 8-5 CT, 40 hours weekly. Actually, it's not a 1099 role, my mistake!
An HR Generalist initially contacted me for a screening but then went silent for several days. They eventually got back to me, citing vehicle trouble as the reason for the delay, and scheduled the interview. I was informed that I was one of three candidates selected from hundreds. However, I later received a standard rejection email stating they were proceeding with other applicants.
