It was just an online application, and then they explained the job requirements and expectations. I got the offer in less than an hour. After that, I had to schedule an orientation which just involved a drug test and in-person verification.
It was pretty simple, I spoke with the Warehouse management about my prior experience and past jobs. I then watched a training video about the day-to-day responsibilities and then I was hired. It was a great place to work!
They listen to what you want to talk about. It's fast. Not super friendly, but not terrible. It takes 20 minutes for a drug test, and then you're done. You go home and wait for their response.
