Candidate-reported interview process

I had a 45-minute interview over Chime. It started with a behavioral question and then moved to a live coding exercise. The link for the live coding didn't work, so I ended up sharing my screen. The problem was the 'find islands' LeetCode question. The interviewer was pretty friendly. After the interview, I got an email saying they had already filled the position.

The interview process is a 'loop' with four one-hour, back-to-back interviews. Each interview is led by a different leader, usually including the hiring manager, a peer, a leader from another department, and an HR representative. Each interview typically includes four situational questions. Before the video call, recruiting provides a lot of information to ensure you're prepared. Recruiting also keeps you updated throughout the process.

Standard Amazon Loop rounds based on Amazon's leadership principles. Started with a phone screening, followed by five back-to-back loop rounds focused on Amazon LPs. The loop consisted entirely of behavioral questions.
