It was a very different interview than usual, but very constructive and challenging. The people in charge are attentive and respectful in everything. At the time, I was even more impressed by the company for the way they conducted the process. I only understood many things years later after reading the book 'The Amazon Way'.

3 stage interview process. Each stage is taken by managers of different level and different sites. The process was pretty smooth. If already prepared it should be crackable without any issues

The interview process was clear. It started with an online process involving video recordings, followed by three 30-minute in-person interviews. Afterwards, you'll be informed about the outcome. Make sure to prepare well for the different Leadership Principles. They ask questions from the list that's circulating online.
