We started with an initial phone screen to make sure we were on the same page about the role. Then, there was a first round phone interview where we discussed your project management process to see how you handle projects from start to finish.
The interview experience was quite professional. It started with one phone call, and after I passed that, I was invited for an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of 5 rounds. It's important to be ready to discuss your experiences thoroughly, not just superficially. The interviewers were professional and supportive, aiming to help me perform my best.
I applied through an internal referral and the whole thing took over a month. First, there were 3 phone interviews with the hiring manager and a team member. After that, I had an onsite interview. Overall, it was a good experience. They gave me the list of interviewers right after I got to the lobby.
