The interview process involves an online assessment (OA) which has two parts: an IQ test and a programming test with two questions. Following the OA, there's a virtual onsite interview, and then an in-person onsite interview. After completing these stages, you can expect to hear back within two weeks.
The interview process was smooth and sophisticated. It consisted of 5 rounds. The first round was an online test along with basic programming. The second round was a written test, focusing on programming. The third, fourth, and fifth rounds were face-to-face interviews. The face-to-face interviews consisted of technical questions. The last round was a bar raiser.
Had a really tough phone interview that lasted 1.5 hours even though it was only supposed to be an hour. The interviewer seemed really unfriendly and couldn't make a decision, giving me mixed feedback afterward. I feel like a good interviewer should be able to tell if someone's a good fit within the first 30 minutes.
