It was a four-part interview from morning to afternoon, with lunch included. All the questions were focused on leadership principles. It's a good idea to look over some examples beforehand, as it really helps.
It was a 2-part interview process. The first round had two 45-minute behavioral interviews with team members. Although the questions didn't directly mention principles, they were implied. The second round was an onsite interview with four more behavioral interviews.
First, there was a screening call, then a full loop of interviews that were all on the same day with multiple people. Everyone interviewed me focused on different categories based on leadership principles. There was also a 'bar raiser' who made sure the interviewers asked enough questions to know if I was a good hire.
