We started with a PowerPoint presentation, then applicants were split into groups for group discussions. After that, there were interviews. There was a technical round and an HR round. Some candidates had two interview rounds.
first round was a group discussion, second was an aptitude test focusing on logical thinking, the third was a telephonic interview that was very hard, and the final round was with HR, which was also very hard.
The process started with an online assessment. After that, I had a scheduled interview with HR, but she didn't attend the meeting and didn't respond to my emails. Simultaneously, I had an interview already set up with the hiring manager. The HM kept his camera off. The questions he asked felt like they were just pulled randomly from a list, not really connecting to my specific background. It seemed like he wasn't really engaged with my responses.
