Candidate-reported interview process

The process was well-organized with back-to-back interviews, covering both technical and non-technical aspects. I had to install their specific software, after which the rest of the procedure was pretty standard.

The interview process started with a 30-minute discussion about the role and my personal objectives. Following that, an email was sent to schedule the first interview, which was conducted over the phone. The interview was brief and included straightforward questions.

It was good. The recruiters were chilled out and seemed to want to help, even assisting when I was stuck on code or other things. They might have asked for coffee, though, which is typical for interns.
