So I had a phone screen with the hiring manager first, then I went for an onsite interview where I met with six different people. The interviews were okay, but honestly, super exhausting. Each person I talked to had a full hour with me, and all six interviews were back-to-back with absolutely no breaks in between.
It was a phone screen followed by a 5-hour on-site interview. The first interviewer was apparently trying to break me, which I found out later. Another interviewer just went through a list of questions for 45 minutes without any personality. HR was really dynamic and personable, explaining a lot quickly. The rest were pretty good, though it was a mix of trained and untrained interviewers. The culture seems pretty young and could use some process discipline, which they mentioned is needed based on feedback from the interview process.
A recruiter from the company reached out to me on LinkedIn. We scheduled a phone call, which seemed to go well. The recruiter said they'd follow up with a call back, but I never heard from them again. I didn't follow up because I wasn't that interested.
