Once you're approved, you'll get an email to come to one of the centers to get your picture taken. Then you'll be given a date to come back to explain how the job is done. You'll take a tour of the facility and will be asked to wear safety shoes.
It's a pretty straightforward entry-level position. The job itself isn't hard, but it can be tough on your feet. Shifts come in 4-hour blocks, though that's changed since 2017.
I had two 45-minute interviews. The first was with HR, and the second was with the technical team. The first interview focused on creating a scenario using Amazon's principles and answering with the STAR method. The second interview was primarily technical and behavioral.
