O processo é simples, mas as etapas são bem definidas. É preciso ter MEI, habilitação remunerada e, se o carro não for próprio, é necessário ter documento de arrendamento assinado e reconhecido firma. Após isso, é feito um cadastro simples no app, e você aguarda a chamada para o treinamento.
We sent out an online questionnaire that had a bunch of different questions. It ranged from personal questions to questions about handling different scenarios and asking what the correct response would be in those situations. That was it, no other interview.
The interview was hard, very hard, and had lots of questions. For example, they asked how you know when a hurricane is about to hit over a river and what year the El Reno tornado happened and which state it was in. This knowledge is considered necessary for the job, so the interview is trivial.
