Candidate-reported interview process

This is an internal role with three levels of technical assessment. The first round is based on the language you choose. If you pass that, you'll advance to a 30-question test, a programming question, and an interview.

So first there was an initial assessment, then we had like two to three rounds of interviews and after that one HR round. It really depends on how the candidate performs in the interviews. If they do really well, they might skip a round.

I got this role through an internal job posting. The interview was pretty standard, like it would be for someone new, but we internal folks don't have to do the aptitude test.
