Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked questions about my resume, my leadership qualities and soft skills, and some real-time scenario-based questions.

First, they do a communication interview. If you pass that, you move on to a written test to check your technical and problem-solving skills. You have to pass the first round to keep going.

I went to a walk-in interview for the ML Data Associate II position at Amazon. The first part was a listening test, which didn't seem to relate to the job itself. Even though we did okay, I didn't get the job and wasn't given clear reasons why.
