Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was a bit long and took some time between each round. After the interview process, HR negotiated salary even though they initially said negotiation wasn't possible because they provide low salary.

So the first part was this online assessment, it had a few bits like basic English grammar, then a typing test to see how fast and accurate you are, a listening test where you gotta type what you hear, and then an email drafting section based on a situation they give you. If you pass that, you move on to talk with the manager. That interview was pretty chill, mostly about how you communicate. They'll give you a situation and ask how you'd deal with it, and if you've worked before, they want all the details about that and why you're looking to switch jobs.

you will get a test link in your mail for logical thinking, the interview includes reasoning and aptitude questions, and one behavioral question about your data to see how you answer. they will ask if you'd work here even if it wasn't an IT job.
