The interview process was really good and they were very adaptable. They showed a lot of respect for me, regardless of the job outcome. The atmosphere was pretty relaxed and I had enough time to chill and get comfortable. I liked what they had to say and what they expected.
I had a phone interview and then an on-site. It seemed to go well, and they said I'd hear back in a week or two. It's been 3 months and I still haven't heard anything. I followed up by email and phone multiple times. I know I didn't get the job, but the company and recruiter's professionalism is really bad.
I had a phone interview scheduled, but they didn't follow up. After trying to reach them for a week, they finally responded saying they'd already picked finalists. I never even got to have the phone interview. Super unprofessional.
