The interview process with Amarok took about a month. I applied for an Outside Business Development Rep role but was referred to the Inside Account Executive role instead, which was a better fit. Everyone was communicative and kept me informed about next steps. The whole thing was organized and I felt supported. There were typically four interviews.
I'd describe the interview process as amateurish. They weren't clear on the territory or my reporting structure. A group interview was also part of it, which felt odd.
I applied and the day after I had a phone interview with a recruiter. They asked me about my previous jobs and told me about the role. They liked my background and everything they heard and scheduled my next interview for the next day. In that interview, they asked more about my experience and some standard interview questions. I felt prepared and confident. Two days later, I got a standard rejection email, and I didn't get any specific feedback on why I wasn't selected. I thought I would have been a good fit for the company and team and was disappointed because I was excited to sell Amarok.
