Candidate-reported interview process

First, a get-to-know-you chat, then one with a manager, maybe another technical interview to check skills, and finally with the director for the contract. The interviews aren't hard.

The first stage is an introductory call to discuss: 1) your educational and professional background, 2) an introduction to the company amaris, 3) a discussion about open projects and how they align with your interests, and 4) contractual terms. The process is pleasant and covers various topics. They offer great services and benefits like meal vouchers, health insurance, gym memberships, and psychological counseling.

The process is straightforward: first contact with HR, then with the hiring manager. Finally, a technical interview with the client, who decides if the candidate is a good fit. I had a good experience.
