Amaris Consulting Project Manager interviews, decoded.

After an initial introductory call and a chat with the senior manager, they intended to schedule a meeting with the client, but then they ghosted me without any further communication. They had mentioned they were in a hurry to fill the advertised position, but after agreeing to follow up, they completely disappeared.

The interviewers were very attentive and followed a script to present the job and the company. They provided constant feedback throughout the selection process and informed the candidate of the outcome regardless of the result. They also mentioned they would reach out again if another opportunity arose in case I wasn't successful in the first process.

Several interviews happened where they kept asking me the same questions over and over. The people I talked to didn't seem to know much about their field or the job I was applying for. They couldn't even tell me what the job would actually involve.
