There were several interviews, but in the end, there was nothing, and feedback was very slow. They depend on what the client says, which slows down the process. There's a lack of transparency about whether my application is actually moving forward or if I'm just waiting for no reason.

The interviews were quite agile, everything flowed smoothly and we understood each other well from the start. They were looking for a role that fit mine well, and the projects seemed interesting to me. In the end, I didn't move forward because they offered me an improvement in my current job.

There's first a classic HR contact by phone, then a manager, then a more senior manager in person if possible, then a final point for a signature.
