A business manager reached out on LinkedIn. Be cautious, although they claim to represent a scientific position, they have no background in the subject. They ask intrusive questions and seem primarily interested in gathering as much information about your current or previous company, especially if you have worked for their competitor. Their approach is not about having a genuine conversation but rather about hitting their KPIs by collecting data. It seems like they are just trying to extract information from you. Please avoid them.
It was a three-round process. The first round was with the hiring manager. Then, you'd have a round with the client. If that went well, you'd have another round with both the hiring manager and the client. It can differ based on the specific role. It wasn't too painful, but sometimes they don't give you much time to get ready.
The hiring process is usually split into 2 phases. The first one is internal, where you showcase your portfolio and experience. The second phase is directly with the client, where you will be evaluated and tested.
