They ask intrusive questions and seem primarily interested in gathering as much information about your current or previous company, especially if you have worked for their competitor. Their approach is not about having a genuine conversation but rather about hitting their KPIs by collecting data. It seems like they are just trying to extract information from you. Please avoid them.

It wasn't too painful, but sometimes they don't give you much time to get ready.
