Long interview, split into the usual stages: first, you introduce yourself and talk about your work experience. Then there's a part in English where you need to have a general conversation. Finally, the company presents itself and discusses potential salaries. They'll give you feedback within five business days, if they remember.

I was first contacted by phone by an HR person. We talked about my background, what I'm looking for, and my career goals. After that call, they offered me an in-person interview at the company's office, which I happily accepted. The next interview was more technical, as I did it with a developer. During this chat, we covered things like my studies, my career ambitions, and my past projects. The interview then moved on to technical questions about my work and what I expected from the role I was applying for. They also gave me a presentation about the company, and I really liked the vibe at Amaris. About a week later, they got back to me with their decision.

I had an interview with a recruitment manager. They really liked my profile, but there's a catch: since Amaris is a consultancy, they already have a lot of junior developers on the bench waiting for assignments. So, they can only offer me a contract if they find a client interested in my profile. They asked me to send a portfolio to present to potential clients, which I did. But since then, I haven't heard back... Another failure, unfortunately.
