First, there was an HR call over the phone where they asked about my employee profile, like introducing myself, my current project, and the biggest challenge I faced when joining a project. Second, it was quite professional with a presentation that was clearly delivered and focused on the business domain. The third round was a todo.
First, there was a recruiter call (all the following stages are eliminatory). Then, a video call with a manager, followed by a video call with the director of managers. After that, there were different phone calls with Amaris managers to discuss missions. Then, a video call with an Amaris consultant working at the final client to present the project and future missions. Finally, an interview with the final client, and an interview with the final client's superiors. Conclusion: all interviews were conducted very professionally. They inspire confidence in the future employee and believe in their potential from the first discussions.
First was the interview with the Manager from Amaris (salary alignment, some questions in English). The second stage was the interview with the client (Technical part + English). Lastly, there was the formal offer indicating salary and benefits.
