Amaris Consulting Data Analyst interviews, decoded.

I had a really good interview in Brussels. The manager said they liked my CV and would pass it on. It seemed promising, and I felt good about it. But, after a few weeks, no update came. I emailed to ask about the status, but got no reply. It was disappointing not to get any feedback, especially after a good interview. This ghosting is disrespectful! Even a quick rejection would've been nice.

I didn't go further than the first interview, but it went well, with a real discussion between the person and me. The interview wasn't very long and started with a presentation, then a discussion about the role and my experience.

I applied through LinkedIn. It's been over 2 months since the first contact, and it's clear their goal is just to reach out to candidates to boost internal interview KPIs. I had a total of one phone call and two remote interviews. In all three instances, the same things were repeated, without a clear project or position. In the end, I never heard back about the process, and I wasn't interested in knowing more or continuing.
