Candidate-reported interview process

Initial screening with HR, followed by a technical interview. A third interview with a client was anticipated. The interviews were quite informal and not difficult.

The recruiter seemed really disengaged. I noticed him scrolling through Facebook while I was speaking and even when he was talking. It felt like he wasn't paying attention.

First, I had to introduce myself and talk about the hardest part of my job. Then, I discussed my strengths and why I'm a better fit than other candidates. They also asked about my past experiences and my personality.
