The recruitment process involved three interviews. First, an HR interview to understand my background and motivations. Then, two technical interviews focused on the fundamentals of QA and practical questions about automation.

It started with a recruiter call, then three interviews with different people from the team. They didn't seem to look at my CV and didn't share info, so I got asked the same things over and over. It felt like they weren't really into my profile, so it was a waste of time for everyone.

Easy call via Teams with questions about studies and career, nothing particularly difficult. Initial introductory phase where they ask about previous work experiences, clarify the position they are hiring for and what they can offer. Bad impression on providing feedback despite it being guaranteed within two weeks and even after another email asking for clarification on the lack of feedback.
