First, I had to do a self-recorded video. If they liked it, the HR manager reached out and set up interviews with schools that had openings. The whole process took about a month until I got an offer.
The interview process was remote, where I had to record myself answering pre-written questions. It was pretty straightforward and less nerve-wracking than a typical interview. The questions were simple and mainly about how I could manage a classroom full of students.
I had a group interview with the director and principals. They asked questions in a round robin fashion and each took their own notes as I was answering. The setting was formal but comfortable.
