First, they did a profile short list, then an online test based on the domain. After that, there was a face-to-face personal interview which covered both technical and HR questions. The technical questions were domain-specific.
The interview process wasn't too tough. They asked basic questions related to my field of study. Since I studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering, the questions covered topics like batteries, motors, and how they start.
First, you submit your application online. Then, they screen your application to see if you're a good fit. After that, there's a written test covering technical stuff, problem-solving, and logic. If you do well on the written test, you'll have a technical interview where they'll ask you about electrical engineering concepts and how you'd solve problems. If you pass that, there's an HR interview to check your communication skills and if you'd fit in. Finally, they make the selection based on both interviews and then do background checks.
