Amadeus Strategy Analyst interviews, decoded.

It was a slow process, and there wasn't a standard case interview. We had to do an Amadeus business case that covered business innovation and the strategic sourcing process. Again, it was slow, and not a typical case interview, but focused on an Amadeus business case involving business innovation and strategic sourcing.

There were two interviews, BCG-style, conducted by team members, involving case studies to assess strategic thinking. They also asked typical questions about my background, expectations, and aspirations. So far, so good. I received the team's approval and an offer, and they knew this was my absolute priority, but they withdrew it at the last minute. Unacceptable.

It was a very friendly interview process. The first round was a short face-to-face meeting at a career fair. The second round was a 1-hour session with a manager that included fit, market sizing, and a case interview. The third round was also a 1-hour session with a manager, covering fit, market sizing, and a case interview.
