Amadeus Sales Manager interviews, decoded.

Had a transparent, appreciative, and fair conversation. They asked specifically about my sales experience. Good preparation for the interview and learning the products also helped me.

First, I had a videocall with the recruiter. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager, who is the manager for this role, also via videocall. Finally, I had a third interview with the VP of sales where I presented a case study over a videocall.

This was after 4 interviews, I had a 10-hour case study and countless calls. They eventually sent a job offer that was 40% lower than my current pay, even though they knew my salary from the start. The background check was also a terrible experience: they asked for documents, then more documents days later, confirmed it was fine, and then asked for even more documents. I spent at least 20 hours on this outdated process, and they tried to negotiate the compensation package. They don't seem to respect the people they interview.
